Summary: This property was exceptional in many ways. It’s across the road from a beach park with good snorkeling locations, and has a lovely lanai with a killer beach view. We loved the resident feral jungle fowl visitors. The untold amenities were water shoes in several sizes, and a clothesline for swimsuits and towels. Lots of condiments in the fridge, including ketchup, mustard, mayo, salad dressing and others.The management company, however, was less than stellar. It didn’t respond through the VRBO app at all. The property contact was equally unresponsive. The listing promised beach chairs, but there were none. The coffee carafe was cracked when we arrived, but, after two requests, was not replaced by the end of our visit. Also, we were unable to use the entertainment system. All attempts to connect to the streaming apps was met with an error message about the internet connection.Because of the location, I would stay there again, but would confirm that our issues had been addressed.
